Can I cancel any time?

Yes, you can cancel via the "My Account" section. Monthly memberships are automatically billed on the same date each month, and unused periods cannot be refunded. Annual memberships renew automatically each year, but you can cancel before the renewal date. A reminder is sent 30 days prior to renewal.
