Can I pause my membership instead of cancelling?
Yes! You can pause your membership if you need a short break, rather than cancelling completely.
You may pause for up to 3 months, once during each billing cycle (monthly or annual).
While paused, your access to the Academy is suspended.
You can reactivate at any time, even before the pause period ends.
For annual members, any paused time will be added to the end of your membership, so you don’t lose any value.
This is a flexible option if you need a breather but don’t want to lose your place in the Academy.
How do I cancel my membership?
You can cancel at any time from the My Account → Purchases section. The Welcome Tour Guide shows you exactly where this is.
Monthly memberships renew automatically on the same date each month. Please cancel before your renewal date to avoid another charge. Unused time is non-refundable.
Annual memberships renew once per year, and you’ll receive a 30-day reminder email before renewal. Please cancel before your renewal date if needed. Unused time is also non-refundable.
Can I buy classes one at a time?
No — MazArt Academy is now membership-only.
This allows me to keep the library organised, updated, and focused on classical oil-painting skills. All classes, courses, and live replays are included for active members.
Membership is flexible, and you’re in full control of your account. If you ever need a break, there’s a pause option available, but most artists choose to stay active so they can continue progressing through the library and monthly projects. The Welcome Tour shows how easy it is to manage your account at any time.
Can I use My Mobile Device?
Yes, you can watch the videos on your phone or mobile device. Additionally, you have the option to AirPlay them directly to a smart TV for a larger viewing experience. Enjoy the flexibility of accessing our content from anywhere.
